Located at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Surabaya (UBAYA), operating offline in Surabaya, and online in Jakarta, Bandung and Hungary, the Centre for Air and Space Policy (“hereinafter referred to as CASP“) recently held its first meeting and training for new teammates. The event began with opening remarks from CASP’s Board of Directors: Taufik R. Nugraha, Yaries Mahardika Putro, Adhy Riadhy Arafah, Anwar Sodik, and Haekal Al Asyari. During the opening, the board shared an overview of CASP’s achievements to date, current challenges, and outlined the vision, mission, and targets of the think tank.
Following the opening session, new teammates were assigned to their respective departments. Bertrand Elyo will oversee the development of the CASP Journal, Ryo Rizky Maulana will manage social media, and Didan Wibisono along with Amanda Shahlah will handle events and activities.
The event continued with a training session on the use of Mendeley, led by Adhy Riadhy Arafah. The training covered both a general overview and technical guidance on using Mendeley with Microsoft Word, along with practical tips and tricks to optimize its features. The meeting concluded with a group photo to mark the closing of the session.
