
Bertrand Elyo is a dedicated Law student at Universitas Surabaya with strong interests in legal research, advocacy, International Law, and Business Law. He serves as an Editor-in-Chief for Lex Discipulus Law Review (LDLR) and a Research Assistant in his University, where he analyzes Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) policies and Authoritarian Capitalism in Indonesia. Furthermore, Bertrand has represented his University in prestigious competitions, including the Philip C. Jessup Moot Court and national-level paper contests. Additionally, he has presented his research at a International Conference and published on topics such as Investment and Sustainable Development. Beyond academics, he actively contributes to student life by serving as the President of Universitas Surabaya Fitness Activity Unit and still continuing his role as a Facilitator in several Faculty of Law programs at Universitas Surabaya
